To Incorporate a company in Estonia there are two main types of companies:

• SA - Aktsiaselts (AS )
• LLCs - Osaühing (OU)

The minimum share capital of AS is EEK 400,000 euros equivalent would be: ( € 25,500 )

• At least half of the members of the Board of Directors must be resident in Estonia
• The accounts must be audited..
• A local BUSINESS Matters to be taken

The minimum share capital to form a limited company is EEK 40,000 Euros in its equivalent would be: ( € 2,550 ).

• Auditors are required compulsorily always when the capital exceeds 400,000 kroner ( € 25,500 ).
• At least half of the members of the Board of Directors must be resident in Estonia
• It is important to have a local business

• General Company (TU ) - No minimum capital requirements or financial information , all partners are responsible separately
• Limited Partnership (UU ) - similar to UT , but makes no distinction between the general and limited partners.
• Independent Business ( FIE ) - no capital requirements or obligations
• Financial reporting .
